KGen Innovations ("KGen", "we", "us", "our") is a technology company incorporated in India, operating from 2402, Rupa Renaissance, D-33, Turbhe MIDC Road, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra – 400703.

We provide cloud-hosted SaaS products for the real estate industry under the IQ Hub brand (LaunchIQ, MoneyIQ, RetrainIQ, ShowIQ) and operate the website at kgen.tech.

For the purpose of this Policy and applicable Indian law — including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDPA") and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 ("SPDI Rules") — KGen is the Data Fiduciary in respect of personal data collected through this website.

2. Scope of This Policy

This Policy applies to:

• Visitors to the kgen.tech website.
• Individuals who contact us through our website contact form.
• Prospective clients, partners, or any person who communicates with KGen through the website.

This Policy does not govern data processed within our IQ Hub products on behalf of our clients. That is addressed separately in Section 8.

We collect only what is necessary. Here is exactly what we collect and how:

We do not collect:

The kgen.tech website does not deploy any marketing cookies, third-party tracking scripts, or persistent identifiers. Your browsing activity on this site is not monitored, stored, or shared with any advertising or analytics platform.

If your browser stores any session-related data during your visit, it is purely functional, is not transmitted to our servers, and is cleared when you close your browser tab.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide through the contact form solely to:

6. How Your Data Flows — Contact Form

Our contact form is processed through Web3Forms (web3forms.com), a third-party form submission service. When you submit the form:

• Your submission is routed through Web3Forms' servers and delivered to our email inbox.
• KGen does not operate a database to store contact form submissions. We receive your message as an email and retain it subject to our email provider's standard policies.
• Web3Forms may retain submission metadata as per their own privacy policy. We encourage you to review Web3Forms' Privacy Policy for details.
• Data transmitted through Web3Forms may be processed on servers outside India. By submitting the contact form, you consent to this cross-border transmission for the purpose of delivering your message to us.

7. Data Retention

Because contact form submissions are delivered directly to our email and we do not operate a separate database:

• The retention of your data is governed by our email service provider's policies and our internal email management practices.
• If you wish to have your personal data removed from our email records, you may write to us at support@kgen.tech with a deletion request. We will use reasonable efforts to delete your information from our active email archives within 30 days.
• We do not retain data longer than is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

8. Our Products — KGen's Role as a Data Processor

KGen's products are used by real estate builders and brokers ("Clients") to manage their sales operations and client relationships. In this context:

• Our Clients are the Data Fiduciaries — they determine what data is collected from their customers, leads, and channel partners, and for what purpose.
• KGen is a Data Processor — we store and process data on behalf of and under the instructions of our Clients. We do not independently collect, control, or use that data for our own purposes.
• KGen does not assist Clients in collecting data. We provide integration capabilities that allow Clients to connect their existing lead generation channels (portals, campaigns, CRM imports) to our platform. The collection of data from any individual is entirely the responsibility of our Client.
• Client data is the sole property of the Client. Clients have full rights to access, edit, export, and delete their data on the platform at any time.
• If you are an individual (lead, buyer, channel partner, or employee) whose data has been entered into a KGen-powered platform by a builder or broker, please contact that organisation directly regarding your data rights. KGen is not the appropriate point of contact for such requests.

9. Data Security

KGen implements reasonable technical and organisational security measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, in compliance with the IT (SPDI) Rules, 2011. These include:

• Encrypted data transmission via HTTPS across all pages of kgen.tech.
• Access controls limiting who within KGen can view contact form submissions.
• Industry-standard security practices across our product infrastructure.

While we take reasonable precautions, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted to us via the internet.

10. Your Rights as a Data Principal

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable Indian law, you have the following rights with respect to personal data we hold about you:

KGen's website and products are intended for business use by professionals in the real estate industry. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 18. If we become aware that a minor has submitted data through our contact form, we will delete it promptly. If you believe we have received data from a child, please notify us at support@kgen.tech.
