Data Deletion Request

How to request deletion of your personal data collected through KGen's Facebook Lead Generation integration.

Who is this page for? If you submitted your details through a Facebook Lead Ad run by a real estate company using KGen's LaunchIQ platform, your information was delivered to that company via KGen's Facebook Lead Generation integration. This page explains how to request deletion of that data.

What Data Was Collected

When you responded to a Facebook Lead Ad, the information you submitted in the lead form was shared with the advertiser (a real estate builder or broker) through KGen's LaunchIQ platform. This typically includes:

  • Your name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Any other fields included in that specific lead form

KGen does not independently collect or use this data. It is received on behalf of the advertiser and stored within their LaunchIQ account. The advertiser is the data owner. KGen acts solely as the platform through which this data is delivered and managed.

How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your data, email us at the address below. We will identify the advertiser account your data belongs to and ensure it is removed.

Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request — Facebook Lead"

Include the following details

  • Your full name
  • The phone number or email address you submitted in the lead form
  • The approximate date you filled out the form (if known)
  • The name of the real estate company whose ad you responded to (if known)

We will confirm and process your request

We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been removed.

What Happens After Deletion

Once your data is deleted from the LaunchIQ platform:

  • Your lead record will be permanently removed from the advertiser's account.
  • KGen does not retain a separate copy of your data — deletion from the client account is complete deletion from our systems.
  • Any data already shared with the advertiser outside of the platform (e.g. exported to spreadsheets) is the advertiser's responsibility to delete.
  • Deletion cannot be reversed once confirmed.

Note: You can also manage your ad preferences and data directly through Facebook. Visit Facebook's Data Deletion page to submit a request directly to Meta for any data they hold. KGen's deletion request above only covers data within the LaunchIQ platform.
